The website itself
This static website does not include a sample upload form, account, or on-site message form. Choosing a contact link opens your email application or, when available, WhatsApp.
What you may send
When you contact us, you may provide contact details, a message, sample report pages, instructions about the Excel output you need, and file metadata associated with your sample.
How the information may be used
Information you send may be used to inspect the report structure, discuss your request, prepare or demonstrate a possible Excel structure, and communicate about the engagement.
Share carefully
Send a copy, not your only original. Remove information that is not needed for the sample, including personal, financial, confidential, or sensitive information where practical. Never send passwords or credentials, and do not send material you are not authorized to share. Contact us first if you are unsure.
Email and WhatsApp
Email and WhatsApp are external communication services and handle messages under their own terms and privacy practices. You can use email if you prefer not to contact us through WhatsApp.
Access, sharing, and retention
Who may access a sample, whether it needs to be shared for the engagement, and how long it needs to be kept depend on the work requested and the communication channel. ScanFlow does not make a fixed public access, sharing, or retention promise on this website. Contact us before sending if you need specific handling arrangements, and send only after those arrangements are agreed.
Questions or requests
For a privacy question, or to ask about information in a sample you already sent, email [email protected]. You may also use that address to request deletion of a sample.
